A friend and I decided to dine at Bob Evans which offers a very nice variety of food to please every mood. I got the farmer's homestead breakfast (scrambled eggs, sausage links, home fries, and biscuits with gravy), and he got the chicken tenders with broccoli and mac'n'cheese. The waiter was attentive, the food was delicious, and the conversation with an old friend was illuminating. 😉
Food was a little generic but it was very tasty. Not like the Bob Evans' from the 70's and 80's. Great family place though.
No complaints on food from 9 people with me. All great. New servers also. Very nice and attentive. Manager was out on the floor at all times and seems to care a lot. Definitely will go back.
I've been back to Bob's because they used to have really good food. Over the years it had slipped some but this last summer I tried them again because I needed a good big meal and delivered. The food, the service and setting was just wonderful today!
Had a great mid-morning meal there. Food was so tasty and I was stuffed afterward. Service was top-notch too, really friendly. Definitely recommend checking this place out. Will be back for sure.
Stopped in today because my husband is ill and would like some food. I encountered one of the nicest people. I believe it was a Mr. Will. What a charming man. He turned out to be an assistant manager. He took my order, got my order in a timely fashion. I've seen managers at different restaurants run when the first get to work. They clock in, pass the buck and disappear. Mr Will could have don't this but didn't. He was polite, courteous, smiled and even talked about more than just the food. These actions of Mr. Will are called hospitality. He not only serves but does it in a welcoming way. I look forward to seeing him again. As a matter of fact, when I do go back, I'm looking for him. Thank you for today Mr. Will.
